General

WinWin Estimator is a professional civil engineering estimation platform built specifically for construction companies in Bangladesh. It digitises the full pre-contract estimation workflow — from building a master rate library to generating qualified tender rates.

It is built for civil engineering contractors, quantity surveyors, and estimating teams who prepare Bills of Quantities and tender submissions. It works for companies of any size — from solo estimators to large contracting firms with multiple project teams.

Yes. All plans include a 14-day free trial with full access to your chosen plan's features. No credit card is required to start your trial.

Yes. Every company's workspace is completely isolated. Your rate library, project data, and tender information are only accessible to users within your account. Data is backed up daily.

Measurement & Units

Yes. Each project is configured with either British or Metric measurement. Your master rate library stores rates in both systems simultaneously. When you add a work item to a project, rates and quantities are automatically converted if the project's measurement system differs from the master IOW.

The system includes common construction units: Square Foot/Metre (sft/m²), Cubic Foot/Metre (cft/m³), Running Foot/Metre (rft/rm), Kilogram/Pound (kg/lb), and others. Conversion factors are pre-configured. You can add custom units as needed.

Costing & AIT

AIT (Advance Income Tax) is back-calculated from the grand total using the formula: AIT = (Pre-AIT Total × AIT%) / (1 − AIT%). This ensures the final quoted price already contains AIT — matching standard practice in Bangladesh construction contracts.

The qualified rate is the rate per BOQ item after distributing overhead, AIT, and profit proportionally across all work items. This gives you the correct unit rate to quote in a tender submission.

Yes. You can export the project cost summary and the IOW qualified rate table as CSV files, ready for inclusion in tender documents or management reports.

Team & Access

Yes. You can assign multiple estimators to a project. Administrators can also scope estimators to specific BOQ branches, so each person only sees and edits their assigned section.

There are three base roles: Admin (full access), Estimator (rate analysis library), and Project Estimator (project BOQ work). Each role can be scoped further — an Estimator can be restricted to a specific work group, and a Project Estimator can be restricted to a specific BOQ branch within one project.

Yes. You can create custom roles and assign any combination of the 92 available permissions across all modules.

Billing & Plans

We accept local payment methods including bKash, Nagad, and major debit/credit cards through SSLCOMMERZ, the leading payment platform in Bangladesh.

Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. If your current usage exceeds the new plan's limits, existing data is preserved but new creation is restricted until you reduce usage or upgrade again.

Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation, giving you time to export everything. After 30 days, your workspace data is permanently deleted.

Yes. Annual billing saves approximately 17% compared to monthly billing (equivalent to 2 free months per year).
