Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using WinWin Estimator.
By creating an account or using WinWin Estimator ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
WinWin Estimator is a cloud-based SaaS platform for civil engineering estimation and quantity surveying. The Service enables companies ("Tenants") to manage Bills of Quantities, rate analysis, project costing, tender management, and team collaboration.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
Access to paid features requires an active subscription. Subscriptions are billed in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) via SSLCOMMERZ. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features of the selected plan. No credit card is required during the trial. The trial automatically ends after 14 days; no charges are made unless you subscribe.
Your estimation data is stored in an isolated database dedicated exclusively to your workspace. We do not access your business data except as necessary to provide technical support with your explicit consent. See our Privacy Policy for details.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to other tenants' data; (c) reverse-engineer or copy the Service; (d) upload malicious code; (e) interfere with the Service's operation.
The WinWin Estimator platform, including all software, design, and content, is owned by WinWin Info Sys. Your business data (projects, estimates, BOQ items) remains your property.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your data remains accessible in read-only mode for 30 days, after which it is permanently deleted. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
The Service is provided "as is." WinWin Info Sys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months prior to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users by email of material changes.
