Free Trial
All plans include a 14-day free trial with no payment required. You can cancel at any time during the trial with no charge.
Paid Subscriptions — General Policy
All subscription payments are non-refundable as a general rule. When you subscribe, you gain immediate access to the full features of your chosen plan for the billing period.
Exceptions — Eligible for Refund
We will issue a full refund in the following situations:
- Duplicate payment: If your payment was processed twice for the same billing period, we will refund the duplicate charge within 7 business days.
- Service unavailability: If the platform was inaccessible for more than 72 consecutive hours in a billing period due to our fault, you may request a pro-rated credit.
- Billing error: If you were charged an incorrect amount, we will correct it and refund any overcharge.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email billing@winwinestimator.com within 7 days of the charge with:
- Your workspace URL (e.g., company.winwinestimator.com)
- The transaction ID from your invoice
- Reason for the refund request
We will respond within 3 business days.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section of your workspace. Upon cancellation:
- Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Your data remains accessible in read-only mode for 30 days after cancellation.
- After 30 days, all workspace data is permanently deleted.
- No refund is issued for the remaining days of the billing period.
Plan Downgrades
Downgrading to a lower plan takes effect at the next billing cycle. No refund is issued for the difference in the current period.
